Range of \70,000 to \150,000.
◇ Filing a request for a appeal against final decision of refusal by an examiner:
Range of \200,000 to \300,000, affected by technical content, and
Official fee for seal affected by number of claims to be requested for the appeal.
◇ Contingency fee in the case of patent allowance is issued:
Range of \100,000 to \200,000, and affected by number of claims.
3. Filing a Request for an Invalidation Trial
◇ Range of \300,000 to \700,000, affected by technical content, and
Official fee for seal affected by number of claims to be requested for the trial.
4.Drawing up an Expert Opinion in Patent
◇ Simple expert opinion, or oral expert opinion:
Range of \150,000 to \200,000
◇ Detailed expert opinion for a serious problem which may affect prospects of consulting enterprises:
Range of \250,000 to \500,000, and affected by technical items on inquiry to be discussed.
